Useless free trial

I upgraded my account but it still shows as Basic

I upgrade to dropbox plus and paid for a year, but nothing changed in dropbox. It says im still using the free version and i didnt even got an email. Please help

We paid for an upgrade on my account but the money went off the bankaccount however the upgrade did not happen.

The chatbox is frankly extremely un-helpfull, there is zero customer support.

We have a bank slip that supposedly has this dropbox alphanumerical code on it, but we cannot see it on there. then the billing request help doesn't have an option for IDEAL and debit cards. 

Send an email to dropbox business and got back the most unhelpful reply to go the support portal that doesn't tell you anything.

If you made the payment by a bank transfer through a third-party, you likely need to wait for the payment to not only clear your bank, but make it to Dropbox as well. It likely takes a couple of days.

Hello,

I upgraded to the 2,000 GB plan on my iPhone through the App Store, but the Dropbox app still shows “Basic.” I checked my purchases on the App Store, and the payment did go through but the Dropbox app shows that I’m still on basic. Tried to restore purchase, but I get this error: “ The operation couldn't be completed.
(NSURLErrorDomain error 409.) ” any help? It’s urgent

When I turned on my app on my iphone, it offered me a free trial for a month. I was looking to increase storage space, so I signed up and instantly my apple subscription notification let me know I'd paid £9.99 for the Dropbox subscription! Furthermore, my basic Dropbox account has not been upgraded at all and is still basic. So I have been royally ripped off. I cannot get any help via phone since it only recognises me as a basic membership!

It might sound trivial, but have you tried signing out of the app, then back in? If not, can you give this one a go?

Hi,

I paid for 2 subscriptions, either didn’t go through in the app but I have been billed twice. It still shows basic on both my accounts. It’s really frustrating because I really need to use the subscriptions besides the fact that I already paid for more than 1 subscriptions (i only wanted professional but tried another just to see if that’d work but also not).

Can someone help me out?

Hi---I paid for a plus subscription on 2/7/2023 and then do not have it. I am protesting the charge to my visa. I want dropbox plus and do not want to pay for another yearly sub. Can you give me a phone or someone who can help me at dropbox?
