I upgraded my Dropbox via my phone, but the payment is not linked to my account. What can I do to link the payment to my Dropbox account?

Do you mean that you upgraded your Dropbox from your phone and the upgrade went to the wrong account, or is the upgrade not showing up at all?
Did you use an Android or iOS device for the purchase?

Hey @nannet! You mentioned in your first post that you upgraded your Dropbox account via your phone and not your laptop. Can you clarify which device you used?
If you used your phone indeed, is it an iOS device or Android?

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

the support page doesn't help. I cannot send an email, because the system has not registered my upgrade. My basic subscription does not allow contact. The payment was made via a bank transfer. The connection with my dropbox account had not been made.
