I upgraded, but can't see this reflected yet.

Hi, can anyone please advise how long it takes for the upgrade to a subscription to take effect in the account. I have paid for the upgrade, but it isn't appearing.

Hi @HW24, welcome to our Community!

 

Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?

 

If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charge, you can also take a look here just to make sure the upgrade has been processed to the correct Dropbox account.
