Ik heb gisteren mijn abb een upgrade gegeven (online betaald) en de update is niet zichtbaar. Ik kan nergens een mail adres of telefoonnummer vinden om te contacten wat er niet goed gaat. Wie heeft contact gegevens?

 

I upgraded my account (pay online) and the update is not done,. Do have somebody a mail adres, phone number to contact what is happening?

Het is opgelost inmiddels na contact met support!

Hi Jay,

Via de dropbox site. Geld is wel afgeschreven maar geen opslag.

Daarna kreeg ik niet meer te zien dat ik deze had afgesloten, toen opnieuw geprobeerd. Toen deed die het wel, maar nu is het dus 2x afgeschreven..

Als ik video's vanaf mijn telefoon wil uploaden, krijg ik de melding dat mijn telefoon geheugen vol zit. Maar dat is exact de reden dat ik ze wil uploaden.. Hoe kan dit?

Hey @xmich97, is het mogelijk dat het account dat je hebt geüpgraded via de Dropbox-website, anders is dan het account dat je hebt gekoppeld aan de Dropbox-app op je telefoon?

Hey @xmich97, is it possible that the account you upgraded, using the Dropbox website, is different to the one you have linked to the Dropbox app on your phone?

Hmm, wat voor betaalmethode heb je gebruikt om de betaling uit te voeren?

 

Was het een creditcard/debetkaart?
