I'm just trying to get a refund and I can't find any REAL support. I spoke to a chat bot who disconnected me when I asked about a refund. I don't use dropbox I didn't know I was getting charged until now. Please can I get a refund. Don't be that company that preys on people who don't use it and snag their year subscription...

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

I still can't? its telling me to do a refund through apple or google? seems too complicated I got dropbox a long time ago with dropbox? why is google and apple invovled... I created a support ticket #24412835 It says that I'm paying $724 for dropbox and I don't use it! Please I need a refund
