Salve, io ho annullato l’abbonamento di dropbox ma mi continuano a scalare i soldi, come posso fare?

Vedo nel nostro sistema che nel frattempo hai contattato il nostro team di supporto.

 

Se si tratta di un pagamento diretto su Dropbox (e non tramite Google Play/iTunes),, dovrebbero essere in grado di monitorarlo e vedere cosa è successo.

I can see in our system you’ve contacted our support team in the meantime. 

 

If this is regarding a direct Dropbox payment (and not via Google Play/iTunes), they should be able to track it and see what happened.
