Hello, I have the basic FREE plan, but I'm being charged anyway?! This is ridiculous!! screenshots below.. dropbox basic subsctiption.pngaustin bank - dropbox - 21.31.png

and not to mention there's no way to actually speak with anyone to let them know they're robbing me of money that I NEVER agreed to..

Hi @almyers84, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

 

Keep me updated with any progress!
