I couldn't cancel my plan - can you cancel it for me and give a refund?

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last day before you build me and it will not allow me to do it. I can click on any other button and it will go through except for the cancel button. I would like a refund on my money and I would like to cancel my subscription since I can’t do it from my end.

You upgraded your Dropbox account directly from www.dropbox.com, right? I’d like to make sure this isn’t about an in-app plan (via Google Play/iTunes). 

 

If that’s the case, we can log a ticket for you and further help internally.
