I’m having issues upgrading my account I haven’t renewed it for a few months now but everytime I try to pay for it, it says
“It looks like you're paying for another
Dropbox account with this Apple ID.
You're unable to upgrade in the app at
this time, but visit dropbox.com/
support for more help.“ which isn’t true since the only Dropbox account I have linked to my Apple ID is the one that needed renewing. If anyone is able to help that would be much appreciated.
Hey @Jayceementoor, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to see that you're having an issue.
Is your account currently on the Basic free plan? What do you see in your plan page here?
Have you tried renewing with your Apple ID again, through the Dropbox app, to see if that works?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi from me too, @Jayceementoor! If you find the Apple ID on your device, does it show the same email address as the one you see linked to your Dropbox account here?
