I Have just bought my first HP Laptop and installed dropbox to received the free space. However Once all my windows updates finished installing i dont have the space allocation as per the promotion

I bought a new hp laptop this week and followed the steps for Dropbox 100GB promotion but haven't seen it added to my account yet. Does anyone have any words of wisdom

Hi everyone.
I have just purchased HP PC. I find Dropbox promotion with it but I cannot find hot to activate it.
I read info on https://help.dropbox.com/it-it/storage-space/hp-promotion but is not clear to me if I had to write an email to HP / Dropox support.
However I cannot find in my Dropbox account a way to do to.
May someone help me please?

You need to open the pre-installed Dropbox application on the device - you MUST NOT download or manually update it. Then sign in and follow the prompts. You also need to complete www.dropbox.com/gs

Hey @Jorgegzz, welcome to our Community!
Did you install Dropbox yourself, or did you do it through the app that's pre-installed on the laptop? You need to use the app that's pre-installed on the device.
Also, have you then completed the Getting Started guides: www.dropbox.com/gs ?
