How do cancel my account? Cancel button is non-responsive via app and site.

    Are you looking to cancel a paid subscription, or delete your entire account? If it's a paid subscription that you're trying to cancel, where did you originally start the subscription; via the Dropbox website or on a mobile device through an App store/in-app purchase?
