How do I close my subscription to DropBox? I hit the cancel link and I get no response.
Hi @cbmb25, thanks for posting and I am sorry to hear about this.
Can you try signing into your Dropbox account via a different browser, or an incognito/private window on your current browser, and then try these steps again?
