Please help! I was charged just shy of $200 on a DropBox acct that I did not know was there. Please help me cancel and get the refund
Hi, as a college student, I opened a Dropbox Plus account for my coursework. I graduated last year and no longer use the DROPX PLUS account, and had forgotten about it until I saw the annual renewal charge for $127.80 on my credit card statement this month. Please advise how to cancel and get a refund.
Thanks!
Hi @sgvenega, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, is this payment on your current account?
Are you able to see any transactions on this page? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
This will help me to assist further!

I was working in an old department, and no longer work there. My old business card is inactive, but somehow I still received a charge on that card.
I don't have access to the drop box account so I have no way of canceling it (I don't use the dropbox account since I no longer work there!) I'm not sure how to reach out to customer service.
Any way to contact them to explain?

Hi there @soulsofthewind, sorry to hear about this.
In such cases, I'd recommend that you reach out to our support team directly for further assistance as they'd be better equipped to help with your request.
To do this, use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at.
Once you do this and you acquire a ticket number from our system, you can let us know the ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system too.
I hope this helps!
