Please help!  I was charged just shy of $200 on a DropBox acct that I did not know was there.  Please help me cancel and get the refund

I had an account with you and I tried to cancel the subscription, but my money was withdrawn, then I canceled my account permanently, but every month money is withdrawn from me! I want my money back

Hey @Jehad_226, how did you initially upgrade your account?

 

Was it directly from our website, or from the Dropbox app on your mobile device (billed through iTunes/Google Play)?
