Getting charged twice although I have one account, and would like a refund

I need assistance my Dropbox accounts being double charge since 18 March 2024 ,.. I’have had the Dropbox subscription since 22 January 2022 with one change … But on 18 March 2024 I was charged $30.79 then on 19 March 2024 I was charged 34.10… And from then I’ve continued to be charged twice up to now October… Can this issue be resolved and my money refunded please.

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account associated with a different email address of yours by any chance?

 

Assuming that the charges are direct, have you tried using our self-served look-up tool to identify the email address that's linked to your charges?

 

If you did and still have further questions, please let us know and we'll reach out via email to have a further look internally.

Hi Walter 

I don’t have any other email address linked to the Dropbox. I registered for the Dropbox on 22 January 2022 and my charge was only one … From 18 March 2024 your account started to charge the same email [email removed per the Community's Guidelines] double… $30.79 on 18 March & $34.10 on 19 March 2024 until this month of October… After raising this issue and providing all the payments invoices I expected a solution from your end. Which other email are you charging me from? You should tell me what are these extra charges from 18 March 2024 for ? Given your are taking money from my PayPal account for the double charges. I don’t have two accounts. I have one account. As per copies I sent through. Can you please resolve the issue instead of throwing it back to me to find a second account I don’t own or know what it is? The money is being taken for my account. I will appreciate a solution after me providing all evidences requested. Thank you.
