Has anyone been being billed more than expected.

I thought my plan was $11.99 per month, but am being billed $15.98 per month, and just received a bill for $119.18?

Wondering what's up?

Could you have a look at your account's billing page and let me know what you see there?

 

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account perhaps, associated with a different email address of yours?

 

If that's the case, you can try using our look-up tool too.
