Fraudulent Credit Card Payment

Fraudulent Credit Card Payment

Yesterday someone made a bunch of fraudulent purchases using my credit card. One of them was to Dropbox for 11,04€.
I would like to report this purchase, have the money returned and have the account associated with it cancelled.

I know it wasn't me because I don't even use Dropbox.

 

The problem I can't find a phone number to call to get some help on this matter.

For a case like this, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.

 

You'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page, where you can submit your help request.

 

When you have your ticket number, please send it here as well.
