Plans and Subscriptions

Hello,
I would like to suggest a new feature for the Dropbox billing page. It would be very convenient to have a button that allows users to easily turn on or off the auto-renewal feature for their subscriptions.
This feature would provide greater control and flexibility over subscription management, and also address concerns about having financial information stored for auto-renewal purposes.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would enhance the user experience for many Dropbox customers.
Best regards,
Hey @MMCO, I hope you're doing well!
You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by cancelling your plan.
In any case, your feedback regarding this has been very valuable and I will endeavor to make sure your voice is heard.
I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve.
Thank you!

Hi @MMCO ,
I'm Svilen, a Product Manager at Dropbox. Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We are aware this is an important ask from our customers and are currently exploring how to provide you an easier auto-renew off/on experience. I will take your comment back to our teams and evaluate this as part of future feature launches.
Thanks again!
