Drop box is giving me a very bad experience. I have been trying to cancel my plan but it keeps saying error 500

Hey @Xirimelo, let's jump right into this! 

 

Have you tried cancelling your plan from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

 

Did you initially upgrade your Dropbox account via www.dropbox.com, or did you use the App Store/Google Play Store?
