Email address to Dropbox Help

Hi,

 

Which is the email address to Dropbox Help? I need an urgent help to solve a problem I encountered in Dropbox.

Where on Dropbox web pages could I find the email address to Dropbox help?

    Currently, there isn't a direct email address to contact Dropbox support. 

    Depending on your existing plan, you may be able to create a ticket from the support page. Your support options will vary depending on the plan.

      I have been trying to contact support but I keep receiving an error message. Please advise

        When I try to email, I get a message that says "There was a problem completing this request" in red at the top of my screen.

      If you're on a free Basic account, email support is not available, but if you want, you can let us know what kind of issue you're having, so we can try to assist you here, on our Community.

        Hi Hannah...  I noticed one of my referrals got 5GB to start on the Basic Free Plan. And when I started, I only got 2GB. I did a few referrals and now I'm up to 3.75GB. But I think it's unfair that you're starting new referrals at 5GB now and I'm still nowhere near that. Any chance you can push me up so that we're all starting at the same level and same amount of space? Much appreciated.
