Please does anyone know how to get a refund I had a basic plan gave no consent to an upgrade and Dropbox stole money from my banking account

How do I open a ticket to be refunded as I also opened a dispute case with my bank now

The trial was also not 30 days I had a free trial the 29th of August and canceled this the 28th when I seen they stole money off my account.
