Hello from India!
Does anyone have a solution on how to renew Dropbox in India. As per the new RBI rule, any subscription based plan over Rs. 5000, needs to be registered with the bank first. I don't see Dropbox on any banks platform of approved providers and therefore unable to renew my company's account.
I've tried with multiple cards and received this error message:
Payment Failed!
For Dropbox
On Bank Credit Card.
Reason: Non-compliant Recurring or Standing Instruction registered with Merchant. Use alternate source to pay the bill.
For details, contact your merchant.
Please help!
Thanks.
already paid and money deducted via UPI mode but subscription not renewed

Hi @aashish gambhir, let's see what we can find on this!
Do you have a transaction ID of the charge? If so, have you tried to locate the charge, using our self-serve look-up tool?
I'm suggesting this, in case you accidentally have two Dropbox accounts, and you upgraded the wrong one.
Keep me posted!

Not able to renew, as well as not able to connect with support as well as the business account has expired.
Someone please help asap to make the payment for dropbox.
Hi @Springproind, happy Thursday!
Could you give me a bit more info in regards to the renewal hiccup you're experiencing? Do you get any specific errors?
Also, do you face this particular issue when trying to re-upgrade your account, or as your current plan tries to renew? What is your current plan at the moment?
Let me know, and we'll take it from there!

I was on the Dropbox Professional plan and it has expired last evening. I am not able to renew it, it is not accepting any of the bank credit cards that I have. I have tried the paypal as well but with no results. I also wanted to get an additional 1GB space but the transaction did not happen for that as well.
