I unintentionally started a trial month for a Dropbox Plus subscription with annual billing, which has now been paid for. Is it normal not to receive any email confirmation regarding the creation of the subscription or a reminder about the trial period ending?

Was this via an app store by any chance? If so the notifications etc. come from them direct

It was paid via the Website, I just saw the notification regarding the trial abo came from them directly.
