Hey, I have bought a Dell XPS 13 laptop. according to the following link, I will get 100GB of dropbox free.

Have you met the terms of the promotion by signing in to the preinstalled Dropbox on the machine? Then completing www.dropbox.com/gs. You only get the space IF you match both of those.
