Hello, i'm trying to join to a family account. But everytime i click the invitation link, it shows error like this

Can you try to join this Family account via another browser and let me know if you keep seeing the same error message?

I've tried using chrome and firefox, but non of them are working. Any other suggestions?

Hi @haraanargya, could you try having the Family manager delete the invite and re-invite you to the family again?

Yes i have contacted support team and here is the ticket id 15844081.

But they are a little bit slow to respon maybe due to different timezone, so i asked here.
