Hello, i'm trying to join to a family account. But everytime i click the invitation link, it shows error like this
I'm having the same issue. Tried using another email address and received an invitation to that one, but the same error came up...This is super frustrating. My husband and I have spent so much time on this, and Support isn't helping.

I am experiencing a similar issue and have spent an hour with BOT/Support trying to resolve.
Invites and reminders have been resent.
Different browsers have been tried.
Incognito browser logins have also been tried.
I can't find a support email address to get a ticket.
This is a waste of time in trying to resolve a simple request to join a family group.
Please help.

Hi @Masina, I'd recommend getting the Family manager to contact the support team directly from their account for the team to investigate this matter further.
