I know this topic has been discussed before, still I can't seem to manage to cancel my free trail. Hope you can help.
In my personal account, tab 'plan' I see the current plan is Dropbox Basic, and I also see Dropbox plus trail which ends on July 28. But there is no link to 'manage plan'. Just a link titled: 'learn how to manage your Apple App Store subscription'. This leads to a website which asks my Apple ID, which I do not have. What am I missing?
