I need assistance with canceling my subscription. I've followed everything I have been told to do, to no avail.
If I can get some help or advice, I would greatly appreciate it!

What's the problem that you're having? Did you start your subscription on the Dropbox website or through a mobile device (in-app purchase/app store)? What plan are you currently on? You can see this on your Plan page. If it says Basic, then you're signed in to an account that doesn't have a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
