Hi I had an email from Dropbox about renewing my subscription and as far as I’m concerned I cancelled it via the app. They have just taken £98 from me via my PayPal account. Which has sent my bank account into the red. I no longer want or need this subscription and I really need this money back. How can I cancel this subscription and get a refund? PayPal and my bank tell me to contact Dropbox but I’m not getting anywhere with them. Can anybody help?
