I live in Canada and I'm trying to claim DB expenses with work, and accounts payable is asking for the HST registration number, since the invoice has HST in the breakdown.
The website only gives ID number for US taxes or international VAT. https://help.dropbox.com/billing/vat-id.
What is the number for Canadian tax?

I'd recommend logging into your paid account and getting in contact with the support team directly for further assistance.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!

Unfortunately no, I am not the admin for my Professional team.
Do you mean a personal Dropbox Professional plan, or a Dropbox Business team?
Could you have the admin contact the support team in order for them to receive the information required?
