Please could someone from sales get in touch? I'm trying to purchase dropbox plus but the dropbox web site appears not to be contacting my bank. See attached screen shot - the popup appears where I should be able to verify my identity, but then nothing appears in the box. I've tried from two browsers, and have waited several minutes. Thank you.
Hi @Travis_JP, what error are you getting exactly when trying to upgrade?
Have you tried the previous steps in this thread such as using a different browser to upgrade?

Same issue here, Live chat was hopeless, just telling me to try a different browser!! Why can't dropbox see this is a huge issue. I am now moving to a different provider simply because I could not update my bank card which expires this month!
