Re: able to pay online

Can't upgrade account. It won't allow me to verify the payment.

Please could someone from sales get in touch? I'm trying to purchase dropbox plus but the dropbox web site appears not to be contacting my bank. See attached screen shot  - the popup appears where I should be able to verify my identity, but then nothing appears in the box. I've tried from two browsers, and have waited several minutes. Hi @Travis_JP, what error are you getting exactly when trying to upgrade? 

 

Have you tried the previous steps in this thread such as using a different browser to upgrade?

Same issue here - just want to update my card so I can continue using Dropbox

 

Tried different browsers, different devices, cleared cache, incognito mode

 

The problem is with Dropbox and their 3DS verification

 

Getting ready to jump ship and find an alternative cloud service

 

I guess Dropbox don't want my money??

Same issue here, Live chat was hopeless, just telling me to try a different browser!! Why can't dropbox see this is a huge issue. I am now moving to a different provider simply because I could not update my bank card which expires this month!
