I have a monthly payment to Dropbox through PayPal. However that payment is not attached to the Dropbox account I use. How do I find what email is attached to that account please?

Hi @Jabalani340, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?

Hi @Jabalani340, thanks for posting!

Can you try signing in to your PayPal account, click on one of these monthly payments and then locate the PayPal transaction ID? It should be consisted of 17 digits and alphanumeric characters.

If you manage to locate it, you can then use our credit card self-serve lookup tool, in order to locate the email associated with your upgraded account.

Keep me posted!

Thanks Evan. I found the PayPal ID and entered it, but when I pressed submit it took me to an unrelated page that gave me options to ‘ask my own questions’
