Hello,

 

I received an email from Dropbox to upgrade my account with a 25% discount. 

It's December 1st, and the offer ends December 2nd. When I click on it, it tells me it's no longer available.

Is the offer still on the table?

Could  you check if the email is coming from an official domain of Dropbox?

 

If it's indeed legitimate, we can send you an email to have a further look internally.

Should I send you a screenshot of the email as well?
I got the email as well, but I was waiting until today because I was waiting for my pay to hit my account.

Also, I had the payment page set up for me to take care of today. On that page, it said "until December 2nd". I refreshed the page. Now it's saying "deal expired".

No solution and I am confused as a user. Now they’re claiming my email was unofficial. This whole situation probably predicts the bad support dropbox has. I am badly impressed by Dropbox throwing fake discounts.

I checked your ticket and I can see that the issue was that you didn’t reply back from the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here; this has nothing to do with the discount email you received. 

 

Your case has now been forwarded to our advanced team.
