I've been attempting to reach customer service regarding this issue. It's been 4 years, I've had three DropBox accounts that have all been canceled, yet I am still seeing a charge on my credit card. When I use the billing took provided by Dropbox, it errors, prompting me to input the information I just correctly typed in. Again. And again.

How can I have Dropbox stop charging my credit card for an account that is NO LONGER ACTIVE and I am no longer associated with - or even have access to - from a previous job?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
