I have used up all my storage (basic) on my work email due to shared files. I want to upgrade but, as this will be out of my own pocket, can I upgrade on my personal email but share my storage with my work email? Thanks

There's no way to share the quota of an individual Dropbox account with another individual account so I'd suggest upgrading the account you'd like to use and is going to need more quota (storage  space).
