 So, as you can see... make it make sense. I've upgraded to the plus, used over 2gb of storage and it's full when the plus subscription plan says 2TB of storage.
What do I do to resolve this issue? I can't speak on live chat because it says I have the basic plan, then go to upgrade and it says this. So I can't get the right support

Where did you upgrade your account in the first place? Was it via the website directly or maybe through the app store on a mobile device?
Just to make sure we've covered all bases here, could you please clear your browser's cache or use another browser and let me know if you get the same results?

Hi,
I purchased it directly through the website.
I previously spoke to someone in the sales team and they suggested to clear the cache, I've done this already and just now to... problem is still there.
