I've been paying for a Dropbox Plus account for over 5 years and now all of a sudden thinks I'm on a basic plan.

I had a payment taken a week ago, and every month prior.

 

It shows that I'm using ~700gb but still have 1.2tb available, then also asks me to upgrade my account.

 

I'm unable to contact customer support through my account because it thinks i'm not paying.

 

My account is now 'over the device limit' on mobile so I am unable to access my account on mobile.

 

tl;dr Dropbox thinks i'm on a basic plan but shows the storage of a plus plan + has been charging me for my account, I have no way of contacting customer support.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
