I can only send Dropbox Sign reminders once an hour

Hi,

 

I keep getting an error when trying to send reminders in Dropbox Sign saying I can only send to the recipient once per hour despite the fact I haven't sent them any reminders earlier in the day. This happens quite a lot. Am I doing something incorrectly or is this a Dropbox error?

Hi Jay,

 

Thank you for your reply. I have a Dropbox Essentials subscription. I only use the Dropbox Sign function so I can send contracts and documents to clients to sign.

Hi Hannah,

 

Apologies for the slow response. The error had stopped so I was unable to grab a screenshot, until today when it did it again:

I hadn't sent any reminders out today to any of the names showing in the error.

 

Please could you let me know if this is something that I'm doing wrong or whether this is a system glitch?

Hey @THL1, thanks for the screenshot! 

 

I checked in with our team, and it seems that you should be able to send signer reminders once every 24 hours.

 

Have you tried sending them using a different browser, by any chance?

Hi Megan,

 

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried it again in Microsoft Edge (I usually use Google Chrome) and the same error popped up.

I even waited an hour and tried again in Edge to see if that would help and it didn't.
