How do I get support for a third party application that I did not create?

I am trying to use a third party app that I did not create to access Dropbox files however the files are coming up as encrypted.
I need to be able to use these files in a remote location by mapping them to a network drive which I am doing through the CloudMounter application, however the application I am then trying to use cannot access the files directly as they are appearing encrypted

That is something you'd need to discuss with the developer of the app itself I'm afraid. It is the app which does the transfer between software.
