How do I get support for a third party application that I did not create?

I am trying to use a third party app that I did not create to access Dropbox files however the files are coming up as encrypted.  I need to be able to use these files in a remote location by mapping...

That is something you'd need to discuss with the developer of the app itself I'm afraid. It is the app which does the transfer between software.
