Dropbox Passwords tells me to authorize my other device. Never ending the cycle.

Dropbox Passwords tells me to authorize my other device. Never ending the cycle.

I've been a Dropbox user since 2011; a few years ago, I downloaded Dropbox Password without problems, but a couple of weeks ago, the app started to show a message saying that it sent a code to my other device and that I should authorize it. I got the same message when I opened the app on my second device.

I cannot authorize it because both devices have the same message.

I don't know why they changed without warning; I never work with the app on my computer, only on my phone. Also, should I get carry on always two devices? It does not make sense.

Support says that they can't help me; it doesn't matter that you have a password to go into.

I'd dropped all Dropbox apps. They don't worth what they charge.

You mentioned that you've already contacted our Support team, about your Dropbox Passwords authorization issue. Can I ask for your ticket number, in order for me to locate it on my end, please?
