- 7 years agoHey Steph! Is the Dropbox folder appearing in the Files app on your device? I’m assuming that you have installed our mobile app? What version of iOS are you running? Are you able to export files from your Dropbox app into the mail app? Is this the iOS Mail app, or the official Gmail app? Thanks in advance!

I have the new iPad Pro and experienced the same problem mentioned above. I solved as follows:
In mail, create new message, click attachment, in the “Browse Locations” window that pops up to the left, in the top right corner, click edit. Dropbox shows as an option to select in the Browse Location folder. It was turned off. When I selected “on”, my Dropbox folders loaded and became available to attach to my email.
- Jburns5 years agoHelpful | Level 5Had this same problem and was getting the dreaded Content Unavailable Try Again error. Assuming that Dropbox is activated in the iOS Files app, I opened Dropbox app, clicked on the Account icon at screen lower right, and signed out of Dropbox. Waited about 15 seconds and signed back in. Problem solved. I was able to once again attach files to an iOS email from Dropbox.
