Add Dropbox Tab to MS Teams channel - Selected default folder can't be seen by everyone

Hello

I have the following problem. I want to add Dropbox tab inside a teams channel. When I click the plus button to add a new app (in this case Dropbox) I can choose which folder is the default folder for all team members. That's what I did and for me when I go to the Dropbox tab I will see the default folder and the subfolders. But the other team members see the top level folder structure instead of a specific folder and its content.

How can everyone see the selected default folder?

Thank you

Hi there Mate293 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you clarify if you're all part of the same team Dropbox account or if you're using individual accounts?

If it's the former, are you admins of the team or members only?

Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Hello Mate293👋 - I'm the product manager for MS Teams integration. In addition to Walter's question above, can you confirm if the folder in question is shared to every team member on that channel?

If there are team members within the channel that do not have access to the folder, the default folder to that channel will be top level.
