Finally!! Offline Installer (Apple Silicon)
Just tried it with my MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro and can confirm that Dropbox now runs as Apple Silicon version.
Update: You can even download previous beta versions by appending "&arch=arm64" to the download URL.
@matism its just a shame however that Dropbox dont feel like they should publish that huge (and much delayed!) update as part of its change log 😞
@clientreleases @DropboxAsh its shameful
Can you confirm which build you used? Universal or offline installer for ARM?
I used the offline installer for Apple Silicon.
Better late than never for M1 support 😜
I tried again installing this release (both downloads) on Windows 11 running under Parallels on an M1 Max Macbook, and it says "Incompatible device". It's Windows - this is the only app that does not run on Windows 11 ARM! When will this be available?
I uninstalled Intel Dropbox from my M1 Mac, then ran the offline installer for this M1 beta. It seems to run the Apple version but then I see it quit out and open an Intel version (according to Activity Monitor). I also see that the version that ultimately runs is not the same as the beta version number that I downloaded. Any ideas?

Same report as @itsgerrrd — was running an Apple version after I ran the installer, but this appears to have been silently replaced with an Intel version on my M1 Macbook Pro.
For me the same..
Still waiting for windows ARM support 😞
