where did the 'close duplicate tabs' button go

this was my favorite, anxiety-reducing feature. Open Dash homepage in the morning, close duplicate tabs, be able to breathe again.

The tabs section is currently removed, but the team is planning to bring this back with some new tab management features in the near future!
