Hello everyone,
I created a long time ago a shared "paper" document. We are 2 people having access to this file and, while none of us deleted it apparently, the document is now leading to a 404 page and we can not open it anymore.
Of course I can't reach the Dropbox support so I am taking my chance here. Any idea why this file is suddently "gone" or how recovering it?

Hi @maxjam, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try checking the events page or the deleted files page to see if you can find and recover the Paper doc?

I was explaing you the issus and taking screenshots with more details, when I realzied that the file is now accessible online and not leading to a 404 page anymore.It was not deleted and we didn't do anything particular before the issue, so I don't understand why we faced it neither how the problem has been solved.

I haven't made any changes on my end, however, I'm happy to hear that the Paper doc is working fine now.
