Hello Community,
I selected Delete, edit and organize Category because I'm not sure where my request belongs.
I have served on couple of professional boards and used my work email to set up Dropbox for access. I have a request to access one such group and delete files now longer needed. I am the Owner of the Dropbox account with work email. I logged in and the previous folders, files for particular group are no longer listed. Does anyone know how I can find, retrieve these files if it's been since 2017-18 maybe when I set up the files in my Dropbox account? thanks

When was the last time you signed in to the account? If it's been more than a year, the account would have been deleted due to inactivity and you would now be signed in to a new, empty account.
It was over a year ago since I haven't served on that board since 2018. Ok that makes sense now.
