Phone support is available for Business accounts and is accessible via a call back initiated through the admin console on the account.
If you don't have a Business account you can find the Support options available to you on the Support page. If you're on a Basic (free) account, you have access to the various self-help options such as the chat bot, help center articles and asking questions here in the Community.
I just did an update on dropbox and can’t find any of my old files
Do you mean that you updated the Dropbox application on your computer? If so, that should have no impact on your files. What steps, exactly, did you take and what was the result? When you say that you can't find your files, where are you looking; on your computer in the Dropbox folder or the Dropbox website? Have you signed in to the website to see if your files are still visible in your account?

When you say you did a Dropbox update, are you referring to the desktop app?
Do you remember your credentials, in order to sign into the account on the website?
