My whole account disappeared!
help please, my entire contents of drop box have disappeared, both shared and my own. I access my account (free plan) so it's my drop box account but there is nothing there. A friend I share some files with sent me a link to shared files but I wasn't allowed access to them. I don't understand. thanks to anyone who can help. Christine

Is it possible that you accidentally accessed a different Dropbox account, or that you created one, and that's why you can't see your files?
