My account seems to be completely empty, how can I find my files?

Hello,

My Dropbox account has been inactive for the past 9 months. I stored a lot of documents and old family photos there.
Last week I logged into the account and saw that all the files were deleted!😱
The site has updated and rejuvenated, and my account is empty.
I upgraded today to a 3 TB subscription, but the account is empty😢
I really hope the folders can be recovered. please help me🙏

Hi @yofitofi, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Are you able to see any event history or deleted files on your account?

 

Are you certain that you're logging into the same email address as before?
